GENERAL INFORMATION
Fremont YSC is pleased to announce the fifth Annual Recreation Tournament, held in beautiful Fremont, California. The Tournament is tailored for U10/U12/U14/U16/U19 Boys and Girls Division Recreation Teams to help maximize their season.

U10/U12/U14/U16/U19 – November 21st and 22nd, 2020
WHERE
The main site will be Central Park with the additional sites to be determined. Central Park is one of Northern California’s Premier Facilities and has hosted the State Cup and many regional events, additionally boasts 10 fantastic grass fields.

TOURNAMENT VENDORS
Fremont Youth Soccer Club has partnered with EventConnect for the upcoming tournament season as its official and exclusive tournament management and accommodations provider. EventConnect has worked very closely with the Tournament and local hotels to provide the best options on amenities, value, and location. We please ask that teams use the hotels provided through this software as they help support our tournament.

As our official apparel provider, Fine Designs will be on site providing custom apparel that are fully customizable
Harbor Photography will be taking photos of the live action on the first day of tournament play. On the second day, teams will be able to purchase their pictures at the Harbor Photography Booth

Please make sure you inform us of which team the check is for when sending it in.
** Please fill in the on line application fully. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
** If you can not pay on line you still have to register on line and then send in your check.
** Teams will not be eligible for acceptance until the registration fee has been received.
** Any team not accepted will receive a refund.
** Any team which withdraws after the application deadline of (November 10th) will not be eligible for a refund.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
U10 Boys and Girls teams play 7v7 and may carry up to 14 players on their roster. U12 Boys and Girls teams play 9v9 and U13-U16 Boys and Girls teams play 11-a-side and may carry up to 18 players on their roster.
GUEST PLAYERS
Guest players are allowed, they however must be up to the maximum roster sized permitted. Guest players must provide proof of Fall recreational participation.
An email must be provided by a club official (President, DOC or Registrar) stating that the player participated on a Fall Recreation team in their league in the age group they are guest playing in.
COMMUNICATIONS
Each team is required to have an e-mail address and a designated team contact in order to receive all tournament communications. All communication will be carried out via e-mail and the internet.
